• Garden Center: General Labor, entry level position
  
  
• Landscape Superintendent: Oversees the production and activities of several crews
  
  
• Landscape Foreman: Working leader of a crew
  
  
• Landscape Keyman: Assists the foreman in leadership; can run a small crew on a periodic basis
  
  
• Landscape Technician: Specializes in a certain skill area (ie. irrigation, masonry,etc.)
  
  
• Landscape Laborer: Performs general installation and support functions at the direction of the foreman
  
  
• Landscape Architect/Designer: Creates plans, drawings and presentations to support the sales' efforts
  
  
• Mechanics: Large/Small engines - performs repair and maintenance work on large equipment and vehicles and on small engines
