Garden Center – General Labor
Entry level position supporting daily operations in the garden center.
Landscape Superintendent
Oversees the production and activities of several landscape crews.
Landscape Foreman
Working leader of a crew, managing tasks and on-site execution.
Landscape Keyman
Assists the foreman in leadership and can run a small crew periodically.
Landscape Technician
Specializes in a specific skill area, such as irrigation, masonry, or related trades.
Landscape Laborer
Performs general installation and support functions at the direction of the foreman.
Landscape Architect / Designer
Creates plans, drawings, and presentations to support the sales team and project proposals.
Mechanic – Large/Small Engines
Performs repair and maintenance on large equipment, vehicles, and small engines.
